After a few weeks of busy-ness, now I can have my movie day back.
As usual, my movie day is a day or night where I would watch a movie alone and give my opinion regarding the movie if its worth to get my opinion.
So today I'm choosing John carter as my movie selection. It could be good or maybe not.
I just don't have anything else to do after my xbox 360 did not pass kk customs clearance. So I hate it so much. I rather watch any movie now to forgot about it.

SBPA cancelled
Yesterday the prime minister has announced that the new SBPA scheme for the government servant was cancelled instead the old SSM scheme has been modified to bring justice to all the government servant.
Technically, I am such an ignorance jerk as i never really bothered and studied in details about the SBPA. What i know when it was announced that my salary will increase a little bit and it could support my life currently where i don't have any on call anymore. Previously, on call is the thing that make us house officer can live in a comfortable to superficial luxurious life. Now, without on call we are like those government sitting behind a desk only we are 50 percent more mobile and running around from 6.30 to 6 pm.
The flexi allowance which was promised to us since last September pretty much not yet been paid and we don't know why. But they will pay us eventually.
So. pretty much all the discussion about SBPA does not really understood by many government servant. Trust me. I am myself a government servant, all around me are government servant, and everyone around me does not seem to know what SBPA is.
even when we are told to sign those contract, there are not details explanation and they only said " If you did not sign this, your salary will be maintained with SSM and no one will bother about you after that, all the benefit only will be given to SBPA scheme signer".
Everyone in our hospital were clueless.. Everyone in the ground i mean. Those higher up sure have their evening coffee and time to discuss this. I went around and ask what is SBPA, no one seem to tell me the answer.
Then i read in the news people are against this rule.. Why? I start digging yet the policy is to thick to read and to confusing (all policy are like that). Two thing that i know from my reading is the junior will get same amount salary as senior and those higher up ranks in the government will get big increase in their salary while those down there will get merely get something.
I don't have time to read for further details but i believe all the union and expert have make their right move in fighting against this scheme. Listening to the announcement yesterday, it seems fair.
But do i really bother? Yes. But until now, i believe lots of government servant especially in hospital ( as i work in hospital), don't really understand about it. haha.
The irony is, the one person that i ask and really know what he is talking about is a PPK in my hospital, the one that used to serve food or send document to the office (office boy). Haha..amazing.
Maybe we are just too busy doing our work, saving peoples life in some way, and in other way screwing people life, whatever you want to think about us...or maybe..we are just too ignorance.
