Strings

What intersting for me nowadays is String Theory. After reading the basic thing about it i started to think that my teacher in secondary school and primary even here in University maybe wrong in describing about particles. It was really interesting but since the theory have not yet been approved widely so not so many people know about it. Trust me, this a new era of physics if the theory established.

So supersymmetry relates the particles that transmit forces to the particles that make up matter. Supersymmetric partners to to currently known particles have not been observed in particle experiments, but theorists believe this is because supersymmetric particles are too massive to be detected at current accelerators. Particle accelerators could be on the verge of finding evidence for high energy supersymmetry in the next decade. Evidence for supersymmetry at high energy would be compelling evidence that string theory was a good mathematical model for Nature at the smallest distance scales. '

Honestly i'm very lazy to study. Haha. so i really hate reading so much article. But i will try to understand about this theory. It change my perspective in looking at basic chemistery even biochemistery. Now i can proof that Perumal is wrong for once. Haha

We are totally sucks?

I heard from the 11.30 PM news in randomly pick radio. I never care what channel i've been listening to but i really pay attention on the news that i'm listening to. It was a news from the RTM center in KL. So, what i hear is this...

" Kerajaan akan tetap meneruskan program khidmat negara PLKN walaupun digesa oleh beberapa pihak untuk menghentikan program tersebut.............

and bla bla bla... until i was pretty ill when i heard the ending sentence...

" Menurut laporan daripada pihak sekolah, pelajar yang mengikuti program PLKN adalah lebih proaktif didalam pembelajaran malah mereke lebih menonjolkan idea-idea bernas berbanding pelajar lain..."

What's wrong with the statement. They maybe done some mistake in typing the script but if they don't it was really a big misstake to do. Stating that this PLKN student are much better than the others making this thing pretty mess up and unfair. Why should they be label as a better student. Were the other student who did not join the PLKN worse? Not proaktif? Don't have any 'idea bernas'.

It seems that the goverment are labelling the other student as they were not much better and they only can be second to the PLKN student. To make this program contiunue after so many critics, this is the statement that they make? PLKN can be continue cause maybe it really bring a lot benefit to the student and also reducing the unhealthy activity among teenagers. But to label them as much better than the other student is totally wnong.

People are not voluntarily enter that program. They are choosen randomly. And for the other student who are not able to join the program, they could be much better than the PLKN candidates.

As a conclusion.
We cannot label any student by the activity that the goverment arranged joined by them. To label them is to see how far they can go and how high they can reach.
My symphaty to the student who are not choosed to enter PLKN cause you all are being label as a looser by the goverment today.

p/s: Since the PLKN start, and half of my friend choosen to enter it, until now, i never see that this student become so high standard than the other. They are all the same. The different maybe they learn how to work hard to live and make them a little humble. Make them tough a little bit. But to say that they are much better, no. All the same.

p/s: Only two pathway for the PLKN student after the program.. Whether becoming a successfull man, or become the thrash of the community. What's the difference? Other student also have the same choices of pathway.

unhollywood

Hollywood movie? Long time ago, we would bow if we heard about Hollywood movie. No one can defeat the Americans in making a sci-fi movie. They are the most superior in this industry.

Years past. I’m in front of Cinemax Ticket counter in Centre Point Kota Kinabalu. The place where all the teenagers, kids, adults would have fun during weekends. Place for shopping, entertainment, food, and friends. Place to spend money. Lots of money. I’m on the line. Looking at the movie show schedule pasted on the wall. About six or 8 movie are now showing but I need not to think hard to make a choice on which movie that I will watch later.

When I reach the counter, easily and smoothly without a long time to think I say, “ 3 tickets for Sinking Japan.” 3 tickets for me and the other 2 friends of mine.

Among the six movie showing in that cinema, 5 of them are Hollywood movie. But most people buying the tickets for that one Japanese made movie. Why?

Now, Asia is not like what western people think about. Hollywood movie are only filled with bombs, girls, sex, and sex, and sex again. That’s what they are selling to the people. But Asia’s movie, they sell movie with explosion, action, story, excitement, unique, and more unique and more excitement. A very different things are sold by this two continent.

For me, I prefer a great movie, with great graphic, and a unique story rather than sex, sexy and extremely sexy movie. That is why now, I’ve changed. I did not watch most of the Hollywood movie anymore. I only watch the Hollywood movie that is released by Walt Disney such as Pirate of Carribean but not that movie such as Casino Royale or anything like it. Telling the same story again and again about super hero, spy, secret agent, dragon, magic. 20 years watching something like this would made me puke.

So what is interesting about this Asia’s movie? I’m talking here more on Korean and Japanese movie, and Indonesia, Malaysia ( I don’t know about this one), and Thailand, and Chinese movie. All this country in Asia are booming with sci-fi movie. Except for Malaysia ( can I say it’s the worse), but after watching Cicak Man, I give some credits to Malaysia’s film industry. Movie in Asia mostly did not contain that sex part. This is the most important thing. They are attracting people with their unique movie that make us feel that we must watch this movie even there is no sex scene on it.

Maybe westerner need the Sex scene in their movie but for me, I don’t like it. Better to put the story straight and twist it a little bit. For now, lots of movie from asia such as Death Note ( This the most creditable one), The Host, some from Thailand such as Arang, colic, many more movie I can’t think now. But the latest one I watched is death Note, The host, and just now Sinking of Japan.

Computer Graphic Effect in this movie was unbelievable. After watching sinking of Japan, I was pretty amazed on their graphic. Better than Armageddon or deep Impact or Day after Tomorrow. They can really make a situation that is too much to be imagine.

And talking about unique movie, death note was really unique. Based on the comic with the same title, we can really enjoy how a movie looks so different in the story line. A story line that we cannot think about before.

The Host from Korea really amazed me when they can make a mutated monster looks really alive. Same level as the monster in Hollywood.

And finally, it is really enjoyable watching Asia’s movie. Every time I walk into a cinema, I will search whether there is a new film from Asia or not. If there is none, then I will watched Hollywood movie. This is revolution and changes in the film industry.
